The flag carrier of the Philippines is Philippine Airlines (PAL), a trading name of PAL Holdings, Inc. The airline is headquartered in Pasay at the PNB Financial Center. It was established in 1941.
Philippine Airlines has only one hub, primarily in Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, and two secondary hubs at Mactan-Cebu International Airport in Cebu and Francisco Bangoy International Airport in Davao. Their subsidiary, PAL Express, operates only on regional routes, while PAL operates domestic routes (Cebu and Davao and General Santos as well as Kalibo and Manila, and Zamboanga). It operates both widebody and narrowbody Airbus aircraft fleets, as well as a large fleet of Boeing aircraft. The airline operates 10 Boeing 777-3300ER aircraft.
